The Official Airport Assistance Network of the World Airports
No one enjoys a security queue after a long flight. With AirportAssist, you glide through immigration and checkpoints — quietly and quickly — ideal for tight connections or travellers who just want to breathe a little easier.
It might be like walking into a maze when you first enter JFK. Our representative greets you at the gate or kerbside, takes care of the check-in procedures, and guides you through each step until you are at your lounge or boarding gate.
T4’s new lounges are almost reason enough to arrive early. We’ll book you a spot where the coffee’s strong, the Wi-Fi steady, and the chairs far kinder than the gate benches outside.
Our VIP staff takes care of everything from curb to cabin, discreetly handling private transports, bags, and immigration for individuals who value privacy over rush.
Parents, seniors, or anyone who needs an extra hand — we’ve got you covered. From wheelchairs to baby strollers, our staff keeps every family member moving safely and calmly through the terminal rush.
There are frequently too many suitcases and not enough hands on a transatlantic journey. Your luggage will be picked up, moved, and delivered by our porters, freeing you up to concentrate on what really matters.
Connecting through JFK? We track both flights, guide you through re-checks, and handle the paperwork. You just follow the easiest route — ours.
1. Know your terminal early. A transatlantic trip often comes with too many bags and too few hands. Our porters collect, transfer, and deliver your luggage — leaving you free to focus on what matters. Changing terminals means re-clearing security, so plan connections accordingly.
2. Leave time to breathe. Two and a half hours for international-to-international is a safe bet. More, if you’re changing airlines or clearing U.S. customs.
3. Use Meet & Greet for faster immigration. Our staff cut the chaos by escorting you straight through official checks — especially handy after long-haul flights.
4. Choose your lounge wisely. If you land in T4, stay there. The Capital One Lounge and Centurion Lounge are destinations in themselves, with proper meals and long windows that make time pass kindly.
5. Check visa rules before you board. Even for transits, the U.S. requires a valid ESTA or visa.
6. Mind your luggage. If your ticket involves two carriers, confirm whether bags transfer automatically; if not, we’ll handle the retrieval and re-check.
7. Stay connected. Free Wi-Fi is reliable, but e-SIMs or local SIM cards offer stronger data once you exit.
8. Watch for gate changes. JFK’s gates move more often than you’d think. Keep your app open, not just your boarding pass.
9. Avoid terminal hopping. Unless your flight demands it, stay put — it’s quicker and calmer.
10. Rest if you can. The TWA Hotel next to Terminal 5 is a retro gem with a rooftop pool and runway views — easily the best nap in New York.
