Arrival Procedures

On your arrival at the international terminal, follow the signs to immigration or passport control. Get your passport stamped and proceed to baggage claim. Before you make your way to the exit, you have to pass through customs.

If you are arriving at the domestic terminal, disembark, and head to the baggage hall. Verify the baggage carousel number of your flight from the flight board. Pick up your bag and proceed to your transport. If your luggage is missing, inform the airline or check the baggage claim counter.

Departure Procedures

Walk to the check-in counter for the airline. Here you check-in bags will be weighed, tagged and you will receive your boarding pass. On completion, proceed to security check, here, present your boarding pass and identification documents and then pass through immigration. Head to the departure hall and wait at the boarding gate.

Similarly, at the domestic terminal, the procedures remains the same except for immigration.
